From Sketch to Squish

1. Design & Concept

We translate your mascot, logo, or character idea into a production-ready design sheet. This includes materials, colors, and other details.

2. Physical Sample

A one-off prototype is sewn from a wide selection of fabric materials and colors. We revise shape, stitching, and feel until you're satisfied.

3. Bulk Order

Once the sample is approved, we move to batch manufacturing with quality-control checkpoints before shipping to the provided address.

01 Design & Concept

Fill out the quick 2-minute "Get A Quote" form by clicking the button below. Tell us about your plush idea, including any character or mascot, reference artwork, desired size, quantity, special features, and target timeline. A team member will review your inquiry and reach out for further details within 48 hours. Once a team member reaches out, they will work with you to review your idea in depth, discuss the process, and provide a custom quote.

02 Physical Sample

Next, you will submit the sample fee to begin working on your custom plushies. We work to design your ideal plush and create a physical prototype with the right materials, colors, and proportions. You receive up to two rounds of revisions at no extra charge. Creating the initial sample takes approximately 3 weeks.

03 Bulk Order

Once the sample is approved, submit the deposit to begin bulk order production. Bulk order production typically takes 1 month after Plushly receives your deposit. Before shipping, submit the remaining bulk order amount and full shipping fee to complete your order. The plushies will be delivered to the provided address. The shipping time is roughly 30 days by sea. Faster shipping options are available at a higher cost.
