From inception to realization, Plushly makes the process simple and stress-free. Our step-by-step approach keeps you involved at every stage, so your plush turns out exactly how you imagined.
Step 1
Get A Quote
Fill out the "Get a Quote" form with your idea, desired quantity, budget, contact information, and any reference images.
Step 2
Kickoff Call
Our team will reach out to find a time to call. The 20–30 minute call will review your ideas in depth, discuss logistics, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3
Concept Sketches
Our designer will draft some initial rough sketches and send them your way for review. This is where you offer feedback on specific design elements you would like to include in the sample.
Step 4
Manufacturing Tech Pack
Once the sketch is finalized, we will build the final design file with official production-ready specs: plush angles, materials, dimensions, colors, embroidery specifications, labels & care tags, etc...
Step 5
Sample & Revisions
Your plush comes to life as a physical sample. We share photos/video (and can ship the sample to you if desired). The plush may be slightly altered at this stage at no extra charge.
Step 6
Production & Delivery
Once you approve the sample, we place the bulk order. The shipment will arrive at the provided address. Plushly handles the logistics and transportation, so the process is smooth and stress-free.

Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their Plushly. All sales are final with no cancellations or returns but please reach out if you have any issues and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or production delays. Plushly is not liable for delays outside our control.

Our plushies are designed for collectors, teens, and adults. Not intended for children under 3 years old due to small parts or materials that may pose a choking hazard.
Product Variations
Because each plush is custom-made, slight variations in color, stitching, or materials may occur. These variations are normal and part of the handmade process.
