We translate your mascot, logo, or character idea into a production-ready design sheet. This includes materials, colors, and other details.
A one-off prototype is sewn from a wide selection of fabric materials and colors. We revise shape, stitching, and feel until you're satisfied.
Once the sample is approved, we move to batch manufacturing with quality-control checkpoints before shipping to the provided address.
Client Story: Babson College
Before
Babson College’s current plushies offer little to no customization for the school community. Students have described the plushies as “creepy” and “scary.”
Design & Concept
Enter Plushly! We redesigned the beaver plushies to better reflect the school’s entrepreneurial identity by talking directly to students about their preferences.
Physical Sample
Physical samples were created to test the design before moving forward with production. Through Instagram polls and feedback from Babson's target market, we refined the designs and achieved the final look.
After confirming the final samples, 200 custom beaver plushies were produced and delivered to the college.
Project Spotlight: Tavi the Frog Plush
Design & Concept
Plushly’s original plush line began with concept sketches of an adventurous frog named Tavi. The design sheet details the colors, angles, and accessories.
Physical Sample
The physical sample was created to test the design. After two rounds of revisions, the final design was achieved.
After confirming the final sample, 100 frog plushies were produced and delivered to the business address.
