Kickoff Call

Our team will reach out to find a time to call. The 15 minute call will review your details in depth, discuss logistics, and answer any questions you may have.

Step 3/6

Concept Sketches

Our designer will draft some initial rough sketches and send them your way for review. This is where you offer feedback on specific design elements you would like to include in the sample.

Receive Design File

Once the sketch is finalized, Plushly will build the final design file with official production-ready specs: plush angles, materials, dimensions, colors, embroidery specifics, etc...

Step 5/6

Sample and Revisions

Your plush comes to life as a physical sample. We share photos/video (and can ship the sample to you if desired). The plush may be slightly altered at this stage at no extra charge.

Step 6/6

Production and Delivery

Once you approve the sample, we place the bulk order. The shipment will arrive at the provided address. Plushly handles the logistics and transportation, so the process is smooth and stress-free.
